Blueberries: An Antioxidant Superfood

These superfoods are jam packed with vitamins; such as vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, and flavonoids (a type of antioxidant). Oregon State University discovered pterostilbene to be helpful to the human immune system, which can be found in blueberries.
