30 Days to Fat Burn
A 30 day challenge dedicated to burning fat, toning your body and building confidence. Each day, Alexis will lead you on a 45 minute workout with good music, posture cues and motivational talks. Each video will be focused on getting your heart rate up through cardio exercises. This challenge is complete with recorded & live calls with our dietitian and eating disorder mentor and a 30 day tone your mind journaling challenge.
